Wrightsville Boardriders Set for Their First Gold Coast Campaign

From the East Coast of the USA to the golden sands of Queensland, the Wrightsville Beach Boardriders are gearing up for their inaugural appearance at the 2026 World Club Championship at the iconic Snapper Rocks (27 Feb – 1 Mar 2026).

This North Carolina-based surf club clinched their spot on the global stage via the fiercely contested US Boardriders National Championships YouTube—earning the right to compete alongside the world’s top teams.

A Historic First
For Wrightsville Beach, this championship is both their Australian debut and an opportunity to showcase their talents at one of the world’s most high-performance waves. Snapper Rocks will serve as the perfect proving ground for their skill, team spirit, and East Coast pride.

With the countdown on, Wrightsville Beach Boardriders are poised to make a statement at their maiden World Club Championship.
