The countdown begins: looking back at the Usher Group WCC Charity Golf Day.
The annual Usher Group WCC Charity Golf Day brought the World Club Championship community together for a day of golf, good company and a shared purpose. It also marked the official start of the countdown to the 2027 World Club Championship at Snapper Rocks.
For one day, boardriders, partners and supporters swapped the surf for the fairways. There was friendly competition on the course, but the best part was seeing people reconnect and turn their attention to what lies ahead in February.
The day also served a purpose beyond the contest. It raised funds and awareness for a number of outstanding local charities and organisations doing incredible work across the region. Their contribution to the community deserves recognition, and we’re proud that the golf day can help bring more attention and support to what they do.
Thank you to Usher Group, everyone who took part, and the partners and supporters who helped make the day possible. Your involvement helped us begin the road to WCC 2027 while backing people and organisations who make a difference here on the Gold Coast.
Here’s a few images from what was, another incredible day at Parkwood Golf Course.
